Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is accepted, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please report the return latest 14 days after delivered date.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@k-pretty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution together with you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please prepare the following information for your return request:
- Order number
- Pictures of opened package
- Pictures of damaged and/or wrong items
- Pictures of damaged parts
- Receipt
Returned Items
Unclaimed packages returned to K-pretty due to the absence of the addressee or a wrong or insufficient address will not be refunded.
- Please make sure to double-check your zip codes and detailed addresses at checkout before payment. If you discover a mistake, please immediately contact our customer support. We will try to correct the information before shipping if your order is still being processed.
- For claims on returned parcel(s) due to insufficient address, unclaimed by addressee, etc., can be checked only for delivery made within 2 months.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Change of mind
- Any items reported after 14 days from the delivery date.
- Any items showing any signs of usage
- Any items that has been damaged intentionally
- Any items returned without any previous notice to us or returned in spite of the return request has been denied by our customer support.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
